Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
This policy explains what information AnalystBet (“we”, “us”), operated by [Operator legal name], handles when you use this website, and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.
The short version
- You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for your name, email or phone number.
- We don’t sell your information. We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Your favourites and display settings stay in your own browser.
Information handled automatically
- Technical request data. Like every website, our servers receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to deliver the site, to protect it against abuse (for example, limiting how many requests one address can make), and to fix errors. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
- Approximate country. Our hosting provider tells us which country a request comes from, so we can show your local league first. We don’t store it or determine your precise location.
- Security checks. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated bots.
Information stored on your device
- Favourites and theme are saved in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device; clearing your browser data removes them.
- Sport preference is remembered in a small functional cookie so the site opens on the sport you last chose.
We don’t use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
Who processes data for us
We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the site: a content-delivery and security network, a cloud hosting platform, a managed database and an error-monitoring service. They process technical data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments. Some of them operate outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
Legal basis and your rights
We process technical data because it is necessary to run and secure the site (our legitimate interest). Depending on where you live, including under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to its use. Because we don’t hold accounts, we usually can’t link any data to you personally, but we’ll help where we can. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes and contact
If we change how we handle data (for example, if we add analytics or advertising), we’ll update this page and the date above first. Questions or requests: [contact@yourdomain.com]. See also our Terms of Use.
