Responsible Gambling

AnalystBet is for adults aged 18+. Our predictions are an opinion produced by a statistical model. They are often wrong, and no prediction makes a bet safe. If you choose to bet, keep it fun and keep it under control.
Keep it safe
- Only bet money you can afford to lose. Never bet with money meant for rent, bills, food or school fees.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and stick to them.
- Never chase losses by betting more to win money back.
- Don’t bet when you’re upset, stressed or have been drinking.
- Never borrow money to bet.
- Use the deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools your bookmaker offers.
Warning signs
- Spending more money or time on betting than you planned.
- Hiding your betting from family or friends.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you aren’t betting, or after losing.
- Betting is affecting your work, studies, relationships or finances.
If any of these sound familiar, it’s time to take a break and talk to someone.
Where to get help
- Gamblers Anonymous: free, confidential peer support worldwide: gamblersanonymous.org
- GamCare: free advice and support: gamcare.org.uk
- Gaming Commission of Ghana: the regulator for licensed betting operators in Ghana: gamingcommission.gov.gh
- Your doctor or a counsellor can also help, and talking to someone you trust is a good first step.
Protecting young people
Betting is for adults only. If children use your phone or computer, consider parental-control software to block betting sites.
